Quick Update regarding 1.3

1.3 is a POST GAME JAM UPDATE . So in the spirit of keeping things fair please base your rating off v1.2.

Very minor changes have been made:

-Balanced the snowman speed + snowman speed increase.

-Fixed a bug which meant that 'Figgy Pudding' also slowed down the Snowmen.

-Fixed a bug that in the unlikely event a snowman spawns under you, you could not escape.

-Correctly Clamped some values that where causing some unintentional side-effects. (i.e snowman speed and bullet speed going into the negative, health spilling over the max).
